One day I read an article at AARP bulletin about ageism and discrimination about old adults, the next article I read talks about rebooting ones careers.
Its fine line to be crossed and when you are a fresh out of college you wont be interest in rebooting.
When you turned 35 years old rebooting, reinventing, cross career path, revamp is more likely to be part of your vocabulary.
Discriminated against older adults in the work force and assisted them to revamping their work status is two very different ways.
An older workers has the know-how, all hands on deck kind approach, a younger generation is more concern about, easy and fast, kind ignoring that there is a process. Like beginning, middle and end. It shouldn’t however discrimination, ageism and harassment still happening.
