Expectations, its important to set some and communicate clearly to avoid frustrations and misunderstanding; and as always, some problems will rise such as privacy, noise, dishes in the sink, horseshoers and the need for remodeling.
Despite all that would you be willing to Boommate? Do you live in such thigh budget that you see yourself tapping on this what can be a trend?
I personally had and still have experience too many be experiences that my answer is no. I had in the past housing some Brazilian immigrants who did not have the means nor family to assist and turn up the worst time of my life, I wasn’t needing the money. I only thought of helping that person get back in their feet. I also must say that because I relocate a lot for work, such as I do live-in, as I am aging, I don’t want that any longer. I do understand though that finding a place to live its been very difficult and budgeting yourself is even a bigger challenge., for me I can tell it won’t work. So good luck to those brave Boommates out there.
