As we all go through the pandemic, many things have and will change. One very important change is how we work; many companies won’t any longer have the office space. Making their employees work from home.
Five reasons for that changes are: Company’s wants see the healthier your, more production, less time off to go to the doctor; Corporations will retain only the employees with experienced for theirs own success; Part-time remote work offers great flexibility for all; Friendly remote job-market may explode; Employees and employers stand to save.
I loved the idea of working from home; however, I am a home health care agency; therefore, I am still dueling with how I can have a job-fair in my two bedrooms apartment, be saved, and make the prospect employees comfortable in being in my house. How will I have an unexpected conference call with the cleaning lady turning on the vacuum?
