Understanding Self-Isolation and Physical Contact

Now where everyone is concerned about the coronavirus, many still have a question about quarantine, self-isolation and physical contact. When I go out to perform my exercise, I make myself physically distant from everyone, as I have been told by doctors and the government.
That does not mean that I should not keep in touch with my family and friends, neither that I should not know my next-door neighbor.
Every time one sneeze came from outside, wash your hands, change your clothes and disinfect all objects that are coming from outside.
On March 9th I wrote a blog talking about spending time with yourself.
Everyone should be one phone call away from your loved ones, neighbors, and/or those that belong to your social circle.
I urge everyone to stay safe.
